Worldwide credit card deposits via Visa and MasterCard are accepted at ReeferPoker.com.

Some banks attempt to prevent their customer from using their credit card online. If you should experience difficulties having your credit card deposit approved we suggest using your card via Fonelinx. Once you have a Fonelinx account set up, credit card deposits are then always a one click process.

Credit Cards Deposit Guide

1. Go to the Deposit tab of the ReeferPoker.com Software Cashier and choose the Visa & Mastercard option, then click the Deposit Now button.

2. Add your credit card to the cashier by clicking the 'Add Credit Card' button. Then fill in your credit card details and click the 'Submit Details' button.

3. Back on the main credit card screen, fill in your deposit amount, CVV2 number, coupon code if you have been given one and last 4 digits of your SSN if you are a US resident.

The CVV2 number is the 3 digit number found on the back of your credit card.

Click the 'Make Deposit' button to submit your deposit for processing. All deposits should be processed within 30 seconds.

Credit Card Usage Policy

1. ReeferPoker.com will charge player's credit cards using a descriptor which will appear after the approved transaction and on your credit card statement. This will include the name of the billing company for your region and include a contact phone number or email address which will appear on your credit card statement.
2. All credit card transactions are charged in US dollars.
3. All players using a credit card to deposit at ReeferPoker.com agree to complete any reasonable verification requirements to prove that they are the authorized cardholder.
4. As a verification procedure, some ReeferPoker.com credit card deposits may actually be charged to your card as a random amount below the actual value of your deposit. We may then ask you to provide us with this random amount (in $US) to verify the amount of the transaction, proving that you have access to the credit card statement and are most likely the authorized card owner. For example if a player submits a $100 deposit, we may actually charge the credit card $99.86, but deposit $100 to the player's ReeferPoker.com account. We will then ask the player exactly how much was charged to the card, and if they look at their statement they should be able to tell us the correct answer of $99.86.
5. Some credit card deposits may not be charged to your card immediately. As a fraud protection measure, in certain circumstances we will only pre-authorize a charge to your card and then the settle the transaction when we are satisfied that it is a legitimate charge. Many banks also have processing delays, especially if a charge is submitted on a weekend. It is not unusual to see delays of up to 5-10 days between when you submit a transaction to your ReeferPoker.com account and the charge actually appears on your credit card statement.
6. Players are emailed a transaction receipt for every credit card deposit made at ReeferPoker.com. Please keep a copy of these transaction receipts for your records.
7. Details of your ReeferPoker.com credit card transactions are displayed in the history tab of the cashier within the ReeferPoker.com software, and are also displayed on the player ledger page of the player admin.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy - Players who make a deposit to a ReeferPoker.com account are under no obligation to make a purchase or play any games. You may request a refund at any time by sending an email to support@pokercs.com. Where possible, ReeferPoker.com will cancel the transaction or refund directly to the credit card used to make the account deposit, but in some cases we may not be able to do this due to credit card processing regulations. In the event that we are not able to cancel a transaction or refund directly to a credit card, a refund sent directly to a nominated bank account, or via check NETeller or Click2Pay will be offered. Some verification from the cardholder may be required in the event that we are not able to refund directly to a card.
9. If you should have any queries related to a credit card transaction, please contact us. Most issues and questions regarding the use of credit cards, often arise due to a players lack of knowledge of transaction processing procedures. We will always help wherever possible.

Remember that credit card fraud is not a game. If you dispute valid transactions at ReeferPoker.com we will track you down, prosecute you and recover all debts in full along with related fines and fees. It is against the law to dispute valid transactions and even if your bank allows you to reverse a transaction it does not mean you are legally authorized to do so.

If, in ReeferPoker.com's sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the Games, other players, or ReeferPoker.com in any way including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the ReeferPoker.com's operation in any media or forum, ReeferPoker.com reserves the right (and you authorize the ReeferPoker.com) to publicize your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other online gaming sites, banks,credit reporting agencies, credit card companies, law enforcement departments and other appropriate agencies. ReeferPoker.com may close any accounts, and forfeit account balances, that you have at ReeferPoker.com or at any other Company website, casino and/or business. Further, in the event of you disputing a credit card transaction made at ReeferPoker.com as being unauthorized, or made in a 'card not present' environment, ReeferPoker.com may charge an administration & recovery fee of up to $US 500.00 per disputed transaction if it is deemed by ReeferPoker.com that the transaction was authorized and legitimate. ReeferPoker.com may also engage the services of debt collection agencies to recover from you the amount of any disputed transactions or chargebacks, administration and recovery fees, and other associated credit card processing fees or fines.
