What are the Minimum System Requirements for Reefer Poker?The minimum system requirements are: Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP Please contact our support department if you have any questions or problems running the poker software. How do I Download?To play at Reefer Poker, you need to start by downloading the free poker software. Please follow the simple steps below. 1. Click the download button. When the "File Download" dialog box has appeared, select "Save". 2. Next a "Save As" dialog box will appear. You can select "Desktop" from the side toolbar or choose the "Save in" drop-down menu that is at the top. You do not need to change the file name. Next please click the Save button which will save the Reefer Poker installer to your Desktop. The download is only about 400KB in size and should take less than 1 minute to download on a standard 56kbps modem. Once the download is complete select "Run" to start the installation. If the download dialog box has closed you will be able to find the file on your desktop called "Poker.exe". When you double-click the Poker.exe setup icon the installation will start. If you receive a Security Warning pop-up when you launch the installation program - common on some Windows XP computers - you can complete the installation by clicking the Run button. What are Freeroll and Freezout Tournaments?Freeroll: A Freeroll is a Tournament with no buy-in or entry fee. Also does not allow for any re-buys. Freezeout Tournament: A freezeout Tournament is a tournament that does not allow re-buys What other kinds of tournaments do you offer?Scheduled - these are tournaments scheduled by Reefer Poker to start at a specific time. Sit & Go - These aretournaments that will only start once the required number of players has been reached.Satellites - These are tournaments that 'feed' winners into bigger tournaments. Special - These are tournaments arranged by third parties and hosted by Reefer Poker How do I become eligible to play in the different freerolls offered by Reefer Poker?$50,000 Freeroll - Last Sunday of every month at 15:00. Open to all players who earn a minimum 5,000 comp points in the current month. $10,000 Freeroll - Sundays at 15:00. Open to all players that have earned at least 2,500 comp points in the 168 hours prior to the tournament start. $1,000 Freeroll - Friday. Open to all players that have earned at least 1,000 comp points in the previous 72 hours prior to the start time. $500 Freeroll for New Depositing Players - Open to all first time depositing player and valid for 14 days. $50 Freerolls every 2 hours - Open to all Reefer Poker members. $50 New Player Freeroll every 3 hours - Open to all Reefer Poker members - every 3 hours for 4 weeks! **Please note that days and times are subject to change without notice. What are Coupons?Whenever you qualify for entry into a specific Freeroll tournament you will automatically be awarded a coupon for that tournament, and a pop-up message will appear to let you know. Coupons that you have earned can be found listed in the Cashier. When you have received a coupon you can register. Coupons are issued every hour on the half hour and only remain valid for the next 24 hours. To check Freeroll eligibility simply visit the 'Player Admin' page and then go to 'Free Tournaments'. How do I withdraw Freeroll winnings?If you wish to make a withdrawal of Freeroll winnings you simply need to fulfil the following criteria. Any Freeroll winnings can be withdrawn 7 days after winning, however, during this 7 day period your winnings will be placed into your Reefer Poker account and can be used for immediate play. |
