The Aussie Millions is held each January at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia. This year there will be 20 events starting on January 14th, and culminating with an expected 800 entrants in the $10,500 buyin main event beginning on January 24th, generating an estimated $9 million prize pool.
8 separate tournaments over a 4 week period will make up the 1st of what will be 3 Winter Series leagues. There will be 8 regular events, and then a final freeroll event open only to top finishers of previous events and leaderboard top places.
Regular events will be open to all registered players on Reefer Poker. There will be added prizes to all events, and to the top placers on the leaderboard.
Final event will be open to top 10 finishers from each of the 8 regular events plus the top 20 positions on the leaderboard for a maximum player count of 100.

Leaderboard Details
Top 20 Placers on the leaderboard will each receive a free tourney entry into the tourney of their choice in the Winter Series II starting in January.
Leaderboard points will be awarded based on the number of entries, with 1st place receiving points equal to the total number of entrants in the tournament, 2nd place receiving points equal to the number of entrants minus 1, etc.
e.g. 30 entrants, 1st place received 30 points, 2nd receives 29 points, 3rd receives 28 points.
*BONUS POINTS (each regular event)
- 1st place will receive 20 additional points
- 2nd place will receive 15 additional points
- 3rd place will receive 10 additional points
- 4th place will receive 5 additional points
